Of the eight schools in Kentucky that have ever achieved this designation, seven are in Northern Kentucky. Two other Northern Kentucky schools that previously achieved this level of recognition are Campbell County Middle School and Tichenor Middle School.
The schools developed their school counseling programs through US Department of Education grants awarded through the collaboration of Northern Kentucky Cooperative for Educational Services’ Grants Consortium, Northern Kentucky University, Florida Atlantic University and the Center for School Counseling Outcomes Research and Evaluation.
A hearty congratulations to the counselors and staff of these schools that are working so hard on behalf of their students!
