Video of Overview of the Unbridled Learning Accountability Model now Available to use for Training/Information Purposes

The video of my presentation where I explain the new accountability model is now available for use with district staff and teachers prior to K-PREP testing and with other audiences for information purposes.  I encourage principals to show the video to their faculties to set the tone for the upcoming new test, and the link can also be sent to parents/community folks to assist in promoting understanding of the new system.

NKCES Receives 1.7 Million Dollar Grant

Students at Bellevue Independent, Dayton Independent and Southgate Independent Schools will see big changes in physical activity and nutrition education over the next three years with new equipment for student and training for teachers.  NKCES has received a US Department of Education grant of $1,729,473 for the NKCES Wellness Alliance project.  This project will support the ability of students in Bellevue, Dayton and Southgate to meet state standards for physical education and it will promote and encourage lifelong and healthy eating habits.
